TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

Welcome to My Zip Ads (“My Zip Ads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing advertising services, submitting advertising materials, using our website, or participating in a My Zip Ads campaign, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable My Zip Ads Advertising Agreement.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

My Zip Ads provides local direct-mail advertising and community visibility campaigns designed to connect businesses with households in selected geographic areas.

A standard My Zip Ads shared-mail campaign generally includes up to sixteen (16) advertisers and is designed to reach approximately 10,000 residential delivery addresses per scheduled monthly mailing using USPS Every Door Direct Mail (“EDDM”) or other appropriate mailing methods.

Actual mailing quantities may vary reasonably due to USPS carrier-route changes, postal requirements, route availability, campaign configuration, or other operational factors.

My Zip Ads may also offer printing, graphic design, social media, video, digital marketing, custom direct-mail campaigns, and other marketing services. Unless specifically included in a written order, proposal, or agreement, these additional services are separate from the standard My Zip Ads direct-mail advertising plan and may require separate pricing and terms.

2. MAILING AREA

“Mailing Area” means the geographic area and USPS EDDM carrier routes selected by My Zip Ads for a particular advertising campaign.

A Mailing Area may include all or portions of one or more ZIP codes, municipalities, neighborhoods, adjoining communities, carrier routes, or other selected geographic areas.

References to a city, community, ZIP code, or neighborhood are intended to generally identify the market being served and do not necessarily mean that every address within that geographic boundary will receive the mailing.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ADVERTISER APPROVAL

Advertising may be purchased only by a business owner, authorized representative, or other person authorized to act on behalf of the advertiser.

My Zip Ads reserves the right to approve or decline an advertiser, advertisement, category, offer, or advertising material based on category availability, content, legal or regulatory concerns, campaign suitability, missed deadlines, or other reasonable business considerations.

4. ADVERTISING PLANS AND PAYMENT

Advertising plan prices, terms, and renewal periods are those displayed at the time of purchase or stated in the advertiser’s applicable order, proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Payment is required according to the terms of the selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated, advertising plans that are identified as automatically renewing will renew for another term of the same duration unless timely cancellation is submitted in accordance with the Cancellation & Renewal Policy.

Renewal charges are processed on or around the scheduled renewal date. My Zip Ads does not intentionally charge a renewal sixty (60) days before the new term begins.

Prices and future plan offerings may change. Any change affecting a future renewal will be communicated as required by applicable law and the applicable agreement.

Third-party payment, installment, or financing services, if offered, are provided by independent third parties and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

5. NEW MAILING AREA RESERVATIONS AND ACTIVATION

When My Zip Ads is developing a new Mailing Area that has not yet begun its regular mailing cycle, My Zip Ads may accept a $500 Category Reservation Deposit.

The deposit reserves the advertiser’s approved category while My Zip Ads develops and activates the Mailing Area. The $500 deposit will be fully credited toward the advertiser’s selected advertising plan when the campaign is activated.

Payment of the reservation deposit does not begin the advertiser’s paid advertising term. The paid advertising term begins with the advertiser’s first actual scheduled mailing.

My Zip Ads may take up to ninety (90) days from the reservation date to activate a new Mailing Area.

If My Zip Ads is unable to activate the Mailing Area within ninety (90) days, the advertiser may, as applicable:

• Continue the reservation period by mutual agreement;
• Accept a mutually agreeable alternative Mailing Area or advertising solution; or
• Receive a full refund of the $500 Category Reservation Deposit.

If My Zip Ads is responsible for the campaign not being activated and a refund is requested, My Zip Ads will absorb its ordinary payment-processing costs and return the full $500 deposit.

Once a campaign launch has been confirmed and My Zip Ads has reserved the category and begun reasonable campaign preparation, a deposit may become non-refundable if the advertiser chooses to withdraw, subject to the applicable Advertising Agreement and applicable law.

6. CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY

My Zip Ads generally provides category protection to one approved advertiser per protected business category within the applicable Mailing Area.

Category protection applies primarily to the advertiser’s approved primary business category and the products or services actually being promoted.

An advertiser that offers multiple products or services does not automatically receive exclusivity in every category in which it conducts business.

My Zip Ads reserves the right to reasonably determine category definitions, category conflicts, and whether products or services promoted by one advertiser materially conflict with another advertiser’s protected category.

Category protection applies only during the applicable reservation or paid advertising period and remains subject to compliance with payment, advertising, and other contractual obligations.

7. ADVERTISING MATERIALS AND DEADLINES

Advertisers are responsible for providing requested logos, artwork, photographs, offers, copy, contact information, and other required materials by the deadlines provided by My Zip Ads.

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing their advertising materials and notifying My Zip Ads of requested corrections or changes before final approval.

When an advertiser has previously approved an advertisement, My Zip Ads may continue using the most recently approved version if updated materials are not provided by the applicable deadline.

Advertiser-caused delays, missed deadlines, failure to provide required materials, or failure to timely approve advertising may affect placement or production and generally do not create a right to a refund or credit.

8. ADVERTISING CONTENT AND OFFERS

Advertisers may promote their business, products, services, and offers provided that the advertisement does not materially interfere with another advertiser’s protected category.

My Zip Ads may request reasonable revisions when an advertisement creates a category conflict or contains material that My Zip Ads reasonably determines is misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, infringing, or unsuitable for the campaign.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their prices, offers, claims, licenses, disclaimers, products, services, and advertising content.

9. MAILING, DISTRIBUTION, AND POSTAL CONDITIONS

My Zip Ads coordinates printing and mailing according to the applicable campaign schedule.

Mailing quantities, carrier routes, delivery dates, and distribution may vary reasonably because of USPS requirements, carrier-route modifications, postal delays, weather, operational conditions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of My Zip Ads.

My Zip Ads does not guarantee an exact household delivery date or that USPS will successfully deliver an individual mailpiece to every intended address.

Reasonable postal or delivery variations do not constitute campaign failure.

10. OPTIONAL PRINTING, GRAPHIC DESIGN, SOCIAL MEDIA, VIDEO, AND DIGITAL SERVICES

Standard My Zip Ads direct-mail advertising does not automatically include social media management, video production, graphic design services beyond any design expressly included with the purchased advertising plan, or other digital marketing services.

My Zip Ads may offer advertisers access to additional printing, graphic design, social media, video, digital marketing, custom direct mail, and related services.

These services may be performed by My Zip Ads and/or qualified marketing, creative, production, printing, or fulfillment partners.

Additional services may require a separate proposal, scope of work, price, payment arrangement, or agreement.

11. REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an active campaign has entered design, production, printing, mailing, scheduling, or other committed preparation, payments are generally non-refundable except as expressly provided in the applicable Advertising Agreement or where My Zip Ads is unable to provide purchased services.

If My Zip Ads is unable to provide a purchased service and a mutually acceptable alternative cannot be provided, the advertiser may be entitled to a refund or credit for the applicable undelivered portion of the service.

When a refund results from My Zip Ads being unable to perform the purchased service, ordinary payment-processing fees will not be deducted from the amount otherwise due to the advertiser.

If an advertiser requests cancellation or a refund for reasons not caused by My Zip Ads and My Zip Ads voluntarily agrees to provide an exception, any refund or credit may be reduced by actual non-refundable processing fees and reasonable costs already incurred, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Cancellation of automatic renewal prevents the next renewal. It does not cancel, shorten, or refund the advertiser’s current paid advertising term.

12. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Plans designated as automatically renewing will renew for another term unless canceled within the applicable cancellation period.

Current cancellation deadlines are:

1-month plan: cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before renewal.

3-month plan: cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days before renewal.

6-month plan: cancellation must be submitted at least 30 days before renewal.

12-month plan: cancellation must be submitted at least 30 days before renewal.

My Zip Ads currently provides courtesy renewal reminders approximately:

14 days before renewal for 1-month plans;

30 days before renewal for 3-month plans; and

60 days before renewal for 6-month and 12-month plans.

Courtesy reminders do not replace the advertiser’s responsibility to comply with the applicable cancellation deadline.

Cancellation instructions are provided in the applicable plan information, renewal communications, or by contacting My Zip Ads at info@myzipads.us.

13. FAILED RENEWAL PAYMENTS

If an automatic renewal payment fails, My Zip Ads may provide a short grace period to allow the advertiser to correct the payment issue.

The grace period is generally up to three (3) calendar days for a 1-month plan and up to seven (7) calendar days for longer-term plans.

My Zip Ads may temporarily maintain category protection during the applicable grace period but is not required to print, mail, publish, or otherwise provide an unpaid renewal term.

If payment is not successfully resolved within the applicable grace period, My Zip Ads may terminate the renewed plan and release the advertiser’s protected category.

14. OWNERSHIP AND USE OF MATERIALS

Advertisers retain ownership of advertising materials, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other content they own and provide to My Zip Ads.

By providing or approving such materials, the advertiser grants My Zip Ads a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify as reasonably necessary for production, print, distribute, display, and use the materials for fulfillment of the advertiser’s campaign and reasonable promotion of My Zip Ads services.

The advertiser represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use all materials supplied to My Zip Ads.

15. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

Advertising results vary.

My Zip Ads does not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, sales, website visits, customers, revenue, return on investment, social engagement, or other business result from participation in a campaign.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Zip Ads’ total liability arising from the applicable advertising service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the advertiser to My Zip Ads for the service giving rise to the claim.

My Zip Ads will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost opportunities, or loss of goodwill, to the extent permitted by law.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Zip Ads LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from advertising materials, claims, trademarks, photographs, offers, products, or services supplied, authorized, or approved by the advertiser, including claims alleging infringement, misleading advertising, or violation of law.

This provision does not require an advertiser to indemnify My Zip Ads for conduct for which My Zip Ads is legally responsible.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

My Zip Ads may use USPS, printers, designers, marketing professionals, technology providers, payment processors, social media platforms, production companies, and other third-party providers or partners in connection with its services.

My Zip Ads is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by third parties outside its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to address issues affecting services purchased through My Zip Ads.

19. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

Electronic acceptance, including checking an acceptance box, completing an online purchase, electronically signing an agreement, or otherwise affirmatively accepting the applicable terms during checkout, may constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Advertising Agreement.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS

My Zip Ads may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms may apply to future purchases, renewals, or services as permitted by the applicable agreement and applicable law.

A website update will not retroactively eliminate contractual rights or materially change a fully paid existing advertising term where additional consent is legally or contractually required.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and the applicable Advertising Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute and venue provisions contained in the applicable My Zip Ads Advertising Agreement.

22. RELATIONSHIP TO ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions supplement the My Zip Ads LLC Advertising Agreement.

If a specific provision of an advertiser’s signed or electronically accepted Advertising Agreement conflicts with these general website Terms & Conditions, the applicable Advertising Agreement will control with respect to that advertiser and transaction.
