Do I get exclusive category rights?
Yes. Only one business per category per postcard. If you’re a roofer, no other roofer can advertise on that card.
Where do the postcards get mailed?
10,000 local homes inside your chosen ZIP cluster (Niles Area, Arlington Heights Area, etc.). We expand ZIPs as demand grows.
How big is the postcard?
Large-format from 8.5×11 to 9×12. Bigger than normal postcard mailers for maximum visibility.
Do you help design the ad?
Yes. We format your artwork at no charge for first time advertisers. Full custom design is available for a small fee.
Can I use my own artwork?
Absolutely. Upload an image or full design.
Is there a contract?
6-month and 12-month plans auto-renew to protect your category. You may cancel before renewal.
Do I pay monthly or all at once?
You choose. You pay the full amount at check out. However, our payment provider offers installment options, so you can split it into monthly payments if you qualify.
What happens if spots fill up?
Once a category is taken, it stays locked until the advertiser cancels.
Do I get a refund if I cancel early?
Plans are non-refundable because your ad space is reserved in advance, assigned exclusively to your business, and locked into our printing and mailing schedule for the full duration of your campaign. Once your category is secured, we turn away other businesses in your ZIP code - so the spot cannot be resold if you cancel.
Do I get social media promotion?
Yes — included free. We feature your business every month on our social channels.

How soon do I need to reserve my category?
Categories fill up fast, especially restaurants and home services. We recommend locking in your category early so no competitor claims it first.
What ZIP codes are available?
We currently serve multiple clusters. You can check ZIP availability on our ZIP Code Availability page or contact us to request a ZIP.
Can I run 2 ad spots instead of 1?
Yes. Double spots are available for businesses wanting more visibility or bigger ad space. Just select two of the same plan at checkout and then email us to confirm that both spots belong to one business (not two different businesses).
