Cancellation & Renewal Policy

We’re committed to keeping things transparent and professional so your business can thrive—and our postcard campaigns stay consistent and effective.

 

All Sales Are Final

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once you’ve secured a spot on the postcard, that space is reserved exclusively for your business category and is prepared for print.

 

Auto-Renewal & Early Billing

All 6-month and 12-month plans automatically renew unless canceled in advance. To ensure there’s time for ad updates and billing corrections, renewal charges are processed 2 months before your next term begins. This helps avoid issues with expired cards and guarantees no lapse in your category exclusivity.

 

90-Day Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your plan, we require written notice at least 90 days before your renewal date. This allows us time to fill your spot and prepare our campaigns without disruption.

 

Late Cancellation Fee

If you cancel with less than 90 days’ notice, you may be charged for up to 3 additional months or until a replacement advertiser is secured—whichever comes first. This ensures fairness, as your reserved space could have been claimed by another waiting business.

With only 16 spots per postcard and one business per category, these terms protect your position while ensuring we deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns. Your spot is valuable—and in demand.
