CANCELLATION & RENEWAL POLICY
We’re committed to keeping our process transparent and professional so your business can thrive — and our postcard campaigns remain consistent and effective.
All Sales Are Final
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once you’ve secured a spot on the postcard, that space is reserved exclusively for your business category and prepared for print. Because each postcard is category-exclusive and limited to 16 total spots, all sales are final.
Auto-Renewal & Early Billing
All 6-month and 12-month plans automatically renew unless canceled in advance. To ensure there’s time for ad updates and billing corrections, renewal charges are processed 2 months (60 days) before your next term begins. This prevents any lapse in your category exclusivity and ensures your ZIP code remains protected.
90-Day Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your plan, written notice must be provided at least 90 days before your renewal date. This gives us time to fill your spot and prepare upcoming campaigns without interruption.
Cancellations made after the 90-day window will apply to the next renewal cycle.
