Welcome to [Your Business Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing ad space, using our website, or engaging with our shared postcard marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer shared direct mail postcard advertising through USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). Each postcard includes space for up to 16 advertisers and is mailed to a targeted local audience within selected ZIP codes. Category exclusivity applies unless otherwise noted.
2. Eligibility
You must be a business owner or authorized representative to purchase ad space. We reserve the right to deny advertising to any business at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to conflicts of interest, content concerns, or failure to meet our deadlines.
3. Payment and Billing
All payments must be made in advance based on the plan selected (6-month, 12-month, or double-space options). Prices and offers are subject to change. Auto-renewal applies unless written cancellation notice is provided at least 60 days before the renewal date. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 2–3 months of the current rate.
4. Ad Submission and Deadlines
Advertisers must submit artwork, copy, or required assets by the stated deadline for each mailing. If not received on time, a filler ad or previously submitted design may be used. No refunds or credits will be issued for late submissions.
5. Category Exclusivity
Only one business per category is allowed per postcard (e.g., only one pizzeria, one roofer, etc.). Exceptions may apply for certain categories like gaming cafés at our discretion. Businesses who cancel or fail to renew on time forfeit their category exclusivity.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Once payment is made, ad space is reserved and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Ad plans automatically renew unless canceled with at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed 60 days before the new term begins to ensure billing continuity and give advertisers time to make updates.
If cancellation is submitted after the 90-day window, a fee equal to up to three additional months may apply. If a replacement advertiser is found sooner, you will only be charged for the one month your ad remains live.
In the unlikely event that we cancel a campaign or fail to mail a postcard, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future mailing.
7. Ownership of Materials
You retain ownership of your submitted artwork and logo. However, by submitting materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for your ad, marketing previews, and promotional purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for postal delays, delivery issues, design errors if approved by you, or failure of results. While we aim for accuracy and maximum visibility, advertising results are not guaranteed.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
